A few years ago he had the great good fortune to be part
of a long and successful run at the Apollo Theatre on Shaftesbury
Avenue of the world premiere of Noël Coward’s
final play, STAR QUALITY, in which he created the
role of ‘Harry Thornton’. Next year (2004), Graham
was back in the West End with THE HOLY TERROR.
In 2005 Graham donned robe and wig to play ‘the Judge’ on
a tour of Jeffrey Archer’s BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT with
Leslie Grantham and Simon Ward on opposing sides of the courtroom.
This proved so successful that it went out on the road again
last year. Also in 2006, Graham created the role of ‘Inspector
Algeria’ in a new play DISCIPLINARY ACTION and
played ‘Colonel Sir Francis Chesney’ on a rollicking
good fun tour of CHARLEY’S AUNT.
A Panto veteran, Graham joins the cast fresh from a record-breaking
season as Dame at the King’s Theatre, Southsea.
Graham is also the author of many plays for children and
young people, most notably ‘SHAKESPEARE THROUGH
THE LOOKING-GLASS, which has played to enthusiastic
audiences here and abroad.
