Profiles - Kathryn Usher
Kathryn rained at the Bristol Old Vic Summer School and
has recently completed a BTEC National Diploma in Performing
Arts at Bridgewater College.
Recent theatre roles include ‘Princess Yasmin’ in SINBAD THE
SAILOR for Strode Productions, THE CAUCASIAN CHALK CIRCLE (Bristol
Old Vic), THE HUNDRED AND ONE DALMATIANS (Bristol Hippodrome), ANNIE for
Songtime Theatre Arts (Weston-Super-Mare Playhouse), ‘Bosun’ in RETURN
TO THE FORBIDDEN PLANET and a varietyperformance at the London Palladium.
Performances whilst studying include THE THREEPENNY OPERA and A
LIFE IN THE DAY.
Television work includes THE GIFT for Ugly Duckling and Bare Films, BAITED
BREATH (ITV), CASUALTY (BBC), REVIR (a short film for
the University of West England), and a music video for the punk band Kenisia.
Kathryn has also been the lead singer for the indie band Austin
and cabaret duo Lady Jane Grey |
