Patric made his West End debut in 1997 at the Duchess Theatre as ‘George’in DON’T DRESS FOR DINNER which then toured Israel. He then made his directorial debut with a touring production of the same play in which he also played ‘Robert’. He then continued his directing career with touring productions of A TOUCH OF DANGER and IT CAN DAMAGE YOUR HEALTH in which he also played ‘Gary’, and a repertory production of SUDDENLY AT HOME. He has also directed productions of A MURDER HAS BEEN ARRANGED, MY MOTHER SAID I NEVER SHOULD, A TASTE OF HONEY, DANGEROUS OBSESSION, IT RUNS IN THE FAMILY in which he also played ‘Dr. Bonney’, KILLING TIME, FATAL ATTRACTION, LAUREL & HARDY, NATURAL CAUSES in which he also played ‘Withers’, TEECHERS, MINDGAME, ANYTHING FURTHER FATHER? a new play about The Marx Brothers, OUR DAY OUT, KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN and most recently THE END OF THE AFFAIR and MEN OF THE WORLD.

Patric has spent 2006 appearing in a national tour of FUNNY MONEY as ‘Bill’ and of A PARTY TO MURDER as ‘Michael’.

Patric will be back at the Pomegranate in February directing productions of DEAD CERTAIN and THE DEEP BLUE SEA in which his wife Jane Shakespeare will appear. As their daughter Catie is now 16 months old, he is looking for volunteers to do a bit of baby-sitting!
