  Tom Gilling

Tom originates from Llandudno, North Wales where his experiences with the stage began.
Some years later he secured a place at Mountview Theatre School, in London.

Most recently Tom has played the parts of ‘Sgt Totty’ in THE CASE OF THE FRIGHTENED LADY (UK Tour, Bruce James Productions), ‘The Lion’ in THE WIZARD OF OZ - Beyond the Rainbow (UK Tour, Clear Channel/Hammond Productions), ‘Bernard Heal’ in KISS OF DEATH (UK Tour, Bruce James Productions) ‘John the Baptist/Judas’ in GODSPELL (Marina Theatre, Lowestoft).

Prior to that, he was a member of the theatre company aboard P&O's Aurora, for Cruising Musicals Consortium playing such roles as ‘Roger’ in GREASE; ‘Chitterlow’ in HALF A SIXPENCE; ‘Stephen Longstreet’ in JOLSON; and ‘The Preacher’ in ELVIS THE MUSICAL. Tom also created the roles of ‘Jake’ in VIVA LAS VEGAS and ‘Oliver Hardy’ in MOVIEWORLD. He also appeared in a Valentine's revue, LOVE IS ALL AROUND along side KISS OF DEATH author Simon Williams.

During this time Tom also got the opportunity to sail round the world.. . . . . . .. twice and for this opportunity he is very grateful.

Other theatre credits include ‘Chester Lyman/Wilton’ in BARNUM (Landmark Theatre, Ilfracombe); ‘King Herod’ in a Royal Gala performance of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR to commemorate the investiture of Prince Charles as Prince of Wales: and ‘Hecate Grumble’ in Sir Peter Maxwell Davis' adaptation of the Pantomime Opera CINDERELLA for the Welsh National Opera.

Tom would like to take this opportunity to give thanks for the continual support expressed by family and friends.
